Standard Digital File Commercial Use License

License Agreement

This Commercial Use License Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between the purchaser ("You") and creator of the digital file ("Licensor"). By purchasing and downloading the digital file, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Grant of License

• Commercial Use: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital file for personal and commercial purposes. This includes:
  • Downloading the file to your personal devices.
  • Using the file in personal and commercial projects, including those for sale or distribution.
  • For 3D models, printing, using, selling, and distributing the 3D prints of the 3D model and its adapted models for any use, including commercial use, in unlimited quantities.

Restrictions

• No Redistribution: You may not distribute, share, sublicense, or resell the digital file as-is or in a format that would allow others to extract the original file. This includes:
  • Uploading the file to websites, social media, or file-sharing services in its original form.
  • Sharing the original file with others in any form.
• Modification and Derivative Works: You may modify the digital file and create derivative works. However, you may not distribute, share, sublicense, or resell the digital files of derivative works.
• Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the digital file remain with the Licensor. You do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing and downloading the file, except for the specific rights granted in this Agreement.

Termination

• Termination: This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the digital file.

Miscellaneous

• Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.

By purchasing and downloading the digital file, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
